Meta message rates for Kenya

Meta's charges, passed on at cost

DMly is the platform you subscribe to. Meta bills WhatsApp messages one by one at its Rest of Africa rate for Kenya, and we add nothing.

Service replies First 1,000 free Non-template replies inside the 24-hour customer service window. The first 1,000 a month on each business number are free, then US$0.004 each, about KSh 0.52.
Utility and authentication About KSh 0.52 US$0.004 per delivered message. Kenya is billed at Meta's Rest of Africa rate.
Marketing templates About KSh 2.92 US$0.0225 per delivered promotion or broadcast, sent only to customers who opted in.
Incoming messages Free A customer messaging you never costs anything, on any plan.
Shilling figures are approximate, at KSh 129.98 per US dollar (indicative market rate, 3 November 2026). Plans are billed in US dollars. Meta USD list rates are effective 1 October 2026. Volume tiers can lower utility and authentication rates. Service replies are charged after the first 1,000 each month on each number.

Pricing questions

Is there really a free trial? Seven days on any plan, every feature unlocked, no card needed. You only pay when you decide to go live.
Why are the plans priced in US dollars? Every DMly plan is billed in US dollars, at the same price worldwide. The shilling figures are a guide at KSh 129.98 to the dollar (indicative market rate, 3 November 2026). Your bank converts at its own rate on the day.
How do my customers pay me? Connect Paystack or Flutterwave and send payment links and invoices in the chat. Customers pay by M-Pesa or card, whichever your account has switched on, and the receipt goes back to them automatically. DMly adds no fee.
What do WhatsApp messages cost in Kenya? Meta bills Kenya at its Rest of Africa rate, per delivered message: US$0.0225 for marketing and US$0.004 for utility or authentication. The first 1,000 service replies a month on each number are free. DMly adds nothing.
Can I change plans later? Any time, from settings. Upgrades start straight away, downgrades on your next billing date. Your flows, contacts and history carry over.
Do you help with Meta verification? Yes, at no cost. Our team walks you through connecting your number, your display name and business verification on a video call.
