What Meta charges, straight through

Your DMly plan is the platform. WhatsApp messages are billed by Meta per message, at the Nigeria rate, with nothing added by us.

Pricing, answered

Is there really a free trial? Seven days on any plan, every feature unlocked, no card needed. You only pay when you decide to go live.
How do I pay in naira? Card, bank transfer or USSD through Paystack and Flutterwave. You get a naira invoice with a VAT receipt for your accountant.
What do WhatsApp messages cost? Meta bills you per message at the Nigeria rate and DMly adds nothing. Replies to customers who messaged you first are free.
Is VAT included in the price? Prices are shown before VAT. The 7.5% is added on your invoice, as required, and the receipt is claimable.
Can I change plans later? Any time, from settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and we pro-rate the difference. Downgrades start on your next cycle.
What if I outgrow my plan? We flag it before you hit a limit. Add a seat or a profile set, or move up a tier in one click. Your flows, contacts and history carry over.
How long does the launch price last? Sign up while the offer runs and your rate stays at half price for twelve months, as long as you stay subscribed.
Do you help with Meta verification? Yes, at no cost. Our team walks you through business verification, your display name and getting your number on the official API.
