WhatsApp message rates

What Meta charges, straight through

Your DMly plan is the platform. WhatsApp messages are billed by Meta per message, at the Nigeria rate, with nothing added by us.

Service replies First 1,000 free Replies inside the 24 hour customer service window. The first 1,000 each month on each number are free, then about ₦8.92 each, the utility rate.
Utility and authentication About ₦8.92 US$0.0067 per delivered message at Meta list rate. Since 1 October 2026 this also applies inside an open service window.
Marketing templates About ₦68.66 US$0.0516 per delivered promotion or broadcast to a customer who opted in.
International authentication About ₦99.80 US$0.0750 per delivered message when Meta's international authentication rate applies.
Naira estimates use the CBN NFEM midpoint of ₦1,330.7027 per US dollar published 18 September 2026. Meta USD list rates are effective 1 July 2026. Utility and authentication volume tiers can reduce the rate. Since 1 October 2026 Meta also charges for service replies, after the first 1,000 each month on each number.

Pricing, answered

Is there really a free trial? Seven days on any plan, every feature unlocked, no card needed. You only pay when you decide to go live.
How do I pay in naira? Card, bank transfer or USSD through Paystack and Flutterwave. You get a naira invoice with a VAT receipt for your accountant.
What do WhatsApp messages cost? At the current Nigeria list rate, Meta charges US$0.0067 for utility or authentication, US$0.0516 for marketing and US$0.0750 for international authentication. DMly adds nothing. The first 1,000 service replies each month on each number are free, then they cost the same as utility.
Is VAT included in the price? Yes. Prices already include 7.5% VAT, and you get a naira invoice with a VAT receipt your accountant can claim.
Can I change plans later? Any time, from settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and we pro-rate the difference. Downgrades start on your next cycle.
What if I outgrow my plan? We flag it before you hit a limit. Add a seat or a profile set, or move up a tier in one click. Your flows, contacts and history carry over.
Do you help with Meta verification? Yes, at no cost. Our team walks you through business verification, your display name and getting your number on the official API.
